COMP-U-TEMP
The COMP-U-TEMP is a digital display with memory for the KIN0X CRUISE. You can mount it in your workroom and monitor your inside and outside temperatures daily. You can see your highs and lows since they were reset. You can have a high set-point and a low set-point to trigger an alarm.

Benefits to You:
Accurately displays temperature in either Fahrenheit or Celsius.
Reasonably weatherproof to deal with the conditions of poultry or livestock rearing facilities.
Displays temperature and offers high and low set-points which can trigger an internal relay.
The output can be wired to alarm systems.
The COMP-U-TEMP offers both normally open and normally closed contacts to match almost any alarm system.
A single 9 volt battery can operate the system for 8 months or more, depending on how often you check it.
Benefits of the COMP-U-TEMP L (not shown):
All of the benefits of the 9 volt COMP-U-TEMP.
Is powered by a 12 volt DC power supply such as the CH-12CC or an alarm 12VDC supply, as opposed to the 9 volt battery.
A red light, which is an information system with it's own simple language. It will blink slowly when the COMP-U-TEMP is sensing a low temperature below the low set-point. It will blink fast when the unit senses high temperature above the high set-point. And if you go without checking the historical data for 40 hours, the light will blink fast 3 times and then pause and repeat until you press reset.
Unit Features:
PIC16C558 EPROM-Based 8 Bit CMOS Microcontroller. This processor was chosen because it uses low power to achieve high-speed CMOS EPROM technology.
LCD Display. This low power display indicates the current temperature, if the relay is on or off, and whether it is measuring in degrees F or C. It can indicate "LOW BATTERY" for 30 days before the battery must be replaced.
A four button keyboard allows the operator to do the following
Set the high and low temperature set-points.
Look at the high set-point for the alarm.
Look at the low set-point for the alarm.
Test the output.
View the extreme low temperature since the COMP-U-TEMP was last reset.
View the extreme high temperature since the COMP-U-TEMP was last reset.
Reset the memory so it is clear to start recording new highs and lows.
Change between degrees F and C and convert set-points.
